We got the keys to our new house on Friday. It was the first time that I’d had a chance to look inside the house as they were still working on it until then. It was really nice, and the extra coat of paint they added meant that we can concentrate on getting the carpet put in rather than spending the weekend painting. It looks nice enough to live in and we can add bits to when we’ve settled in. We’re having carpets fitted on Wednesday, so as soon as they’re done we can start to move in properly! Yay!
Thankfully the house is quite close to where we live now, so it’s not been a big thing for Dave to go down there and sort stuff out on his own. I’ve been pretty much useless as I’m ill. It started with a bad cold which really flared up my arthritis causing me to have to have time off work. Now it’s turned into an ear infection with a really annoying tickly cough. I’ve slept about 6hrs in 3 days due to the cough and I didn’t eat for 2 days because my throat has been so sore 
My Doctor wouldn’t give me any anti-biotics because she wanted to see if I got better in a couple of days. OK, I can understand the hesitation to just give out anti-biotics from the start, but I’ve been like this for a week now. GIVE ME DRUGS :damnyou:
I’ll have no internet connection soon due to the move and I don’t know when I’ll be back. Toodles for now!
