I’ve been officially promoted at work! Yay! I finally have access to everyone’s statistics so I can help them properly now. Before, I was sitting with people who were doing badly, but as far as I could see they weren’t doing anything wrong. It was only when I moved on to the next person that they must have been getting tasks that they were getting wrong. But now I can ‘grade’ their work properly and find out exactly what they’re having trouble with. I have to do performance spreadsheets every day in Excel too, to work out their accuracy and efficiency percentages. Woooooo. I’ll be starting my new hours tomorrow, which will be 6am-11.15am. And, AND….on top of me getting better wages with this new position and doing more hours, we (permanent, contracted staff) will be getting a £115 a month payrise! Going to put that towards a shiny new puter methinks

Lydia had her 8 month check-up on Thursday. They gave her the works – she was weighed, measured, legs wiggled, lights shined into her eyes, etc. She’s more long than wide, unlike me….stumpy and as wide as the back of a bus 
Penny and Ian are coming back up this Saturday – yay! Penny will be staying with us though when Ian goes back on Monday. They’re hoping to move up here, but Penny needs to get a job first before they can start looking at houses. So Ian’s going back to London to carry on with his job until things are sorted. It must be really scary for them, but they’ve got me, Dave and Lydia looking after them anyway :luv:
