Finally got the connecting cable for my heee-ooooooooge 21″ monitor. It’s making my eyes go funny now that everything’s so big. It’s going to take some getting used to, but still…….yummy giant monitor :luv:
I’m changing my shifts at work next week. I was working at night doing 5.45pm-8.45pm, but as from Wednesday I’ll be doing a morning shift. I don’t know yet what time we’ll start, but hopefully they’ll let me know! I think it’ll be something like 7am-10am, which would be great for me. I’d rather get it over and done with rather than having to plan my day around getting back home in time for the taxi to work.
We’ve just finished watching the Scary Tales dvds that Dave was sent from the US to review. The acting was appalling, but they were still great fun to watch. They’re really cheesy, but fun cheesy. Anneke asked which films Dave likes, that we’ve recently watched. Well, we both really enjoyed a Thai film called Bang Rajan. It’s about the struggle of a small village against one of 2 Burmese invasion armies and holds out for about 5 months -against all odds, rararar. It’s subtitled (which may put some people off), but it’s bloody excellent!
My visit to the Hospital on Monday went ok. My Consultant has chosen some new medication for me because the other ones I tried out made me violently sick. I have to go to a counselling session before I start on them on April 13th, but I only have to take the tablets once a week. Again, these ones have some crappy side effects and will lower my immune system and crap like that. There’s even a rare chance of them effecting my lungs, so I had to have a chest x-ray and some more once I start the tablets to they can keep an eye on me. FUN! 
Some good news for once – mine and Dave’s best friends, Penny and Ian, are coming up to visit us this weekend! *waves flag* It’ll be so good to see them. They’re bringing posh doughuts with them too – WINNARRR! So I’ll be very busy this weekend. You better miss me *shakes fist in random directions*

. 21″ monitor… I would still put it in 800 x 600 res…lol. I just like my smaller screen…despite my hubby wanting a bigger one…lol 
Yeah… 7AM to 10AM seems a nice convenient time to get things done. That way it gives you some time with your little one for the rest of the day.
That medication does not seem very safe…not sure why the FDA would approve a med that would do that…Hope it will not effect your lungs.
