I’ve only ever met 3 people that I’ve only known online, another being a group forum meet. It’s always a nervous affair, but this one more than normal. I’ve known him online for at least 5 years (since way before I got ill when I was 21, 5yrs ago). We only live 19 miles away from each other too, so there’s not much excuse for no random visits.
So after many a year waffling online to Drew, I not only got the courage to ask to visit, but also to follow through with it!

Twas a fine sunny day in Staffordshire. All the dinosaurs were roaming freely and dining on oatcakes. Rocester is a very pretty place, but I will always remember it as ‘the place I nearly fainted at because I was very close to hyperventilation’, but Rocester will do as it’s easier to say. My mate, Sandra, who gave me and Lydia a lift said that she could hear my breathing as we got closer to his house. I was very close to just turning around and fleeing 
I calmed down once we were inside his house and then out in the garden with TEA. I made the ritual offering of oatcakes, and all was well. Lydia chased a cat. Then it started raining, so we went inside.
We played with my DS Lite and now wants one himself. He also got a bit of ash on it, and the exchange was as follows:

We all had a great time there and I hope to visit again if he’ll let me. I was worried about totally clamming up and not saying a word, but I babbled like an idiot. Yes, that’s much better I’m sure. He also took a picture of me using the Ultra-Special Jessica Fletcher Blur Filter! I suppose I’ll share

So yes, I recommend a visit to Drew to anyone. Very happy with product A++++++ Would visit again!

That is good that your meeting with Drew went well… I have only met like 7 people and it was funny as 1 of them I had known early on in my childhood (military kids always move a lot) and all went fairly well except for the one that wanted to have a relationship. That never happened… as I did not feel the same way.
