Ingredients
6 hard boiled eggs
Primula cheese spread (or any cheese spread)
3 small tomatoes, halved
Water cress (or any shredded, leafy freen vegetable – it’s for the ‘grass’)
Slice the very top and bottom off each of the hard-boiled eggs so that they are flat and will stand up on the plate
Squeeze (or dab if you haven’t got cheese spread in a tube) dots of the cheese spread over the tomatoes
Place a halved tomato on top of each of the boiled eggs to form the toadstool
Decorate the plate with the water cress or shredded leafy green veg
