Now select the Frame2 Layer. We’re going to switch the colours around
the border to make it ‘blink’
On the Colour Toolbar, choose white for the bottom colour and bright
green for the top and choose the Colour Replacer Tool

Hold down the mouse button and move the cursor around the edge of the blinkie until all the white has changed to green
On the Colour Toolbar again, choose the same dark blue you used for the border as the bottom colour and choose white for the top colour
Using the Colour Replacer Tool again, hold down the mouse button and the blue will change to white.
Now set the bottom colour to the bright green you used earlier and the top colour to white
Use the Colour Replacer Tool again to change the green to white
Your blinkie will look the same as it did in Frame1, except the pixels will look like they’ve moved over. You can check if it’s worked by clicking the glasses on Frame1. The border should look like it’s moving

Now we’ll add some text!
Select the Text Layer and the Text Tool. Set the bottom colour to dark blue and on the top colour, click on the small black arrow and choose the ’stop sign’ as below

Click in the middle of your blinkie and the Text Pop-Up will appear. Set the font to Comic Sans, Size 12. Make sure that Floating and Antialias are checked
Press OK, then to move it to the correct place, move your cursor over the text and when it turns into a 4-point arrow, hold down your mouse button and drag it to where you want it. Right-click the text when you’ve got it in the right place
